About me

Hi I am Alona Matzliach and I am married to Liran and mother to Ofir and Shachar.
I came to naturopathy from my personal place, where for years I suffered from systemic symptoms that included great fatigue, chronic sinusitis, headaches and indigestion symptoms.
After countless tests and doctors who did not find a cure for my problems I started researching on my own what I can do to help myself and came to the world of naturopathy and there I discovered the ability of diet to change.
After consulting a naturopath I was given a plan of nutrition and rules of conduct after and while eating.
I have had an amazing improvement in my physical and mental sensations. There was a turnaround where I decided this was what I wanted and needed to do.
I completed my naturopathic studies at Cypress College, at the same time I studied herbs and graduated as a clinical naturopath and herbalist. As part of my studies I was certified to treat aromatherapy, Bach flowers, and guided imagery.
I realized that my real fashion is to take care of people and give them the guidance, listening ear and support they need so that they can live a better, happier and healthier life.
I strongly believe in change at any age and in any situation! If there is a desire there is the ability, if you have read this far you have the desire and I am here to give you the ability!
